Personal Trainer for Riders

About EQUESTRAINER

The EQUESTRAINER Project was born from the union between a passion for equestrianism and the science of physical exercise. We created the PAR Protocol - Postural Assessment for Riders - to help riders of all levels evolve based on data collected through a Complete Postural Assessment.

What is the PAR Protocol - Postural Assessment for Riders?

The PAR Protocol is a unique ONLINE method developed by EQUESTRAINER that combines a detailed posture analysis, as well as checking stability, mobility, balance, and other parameters to improve your physical condition for equestrian sports.

Complete Postural Assessment

A thorough analysis of your posture in and out of the saddle, identifying imbalances, asymmetries, and compensations that may compromise your progress.

Personalized Training Workout

An exercise program tailored to your needs, designed to maximize your equestrian performance.

Who am I?

A man in athletic clothing holding a barbell with weight plates in front of a promotional display for Men's Health magazine. The background shows a brick wall and a fire extinguisher.

My name is Windsor Fonseca - I am a Personal Trainer specializing in CORE strengthening, certified as a Les Mills CORE instructor and a rider.

I am driven by the pursuit of balance — between body, mind, and horse.

As a rider, I realized that off-saddle training was often neglected, despite being essential for riding performance and harmony with the horse. From this observation, the Equestrian Project was born, and within it, the PAR Protocol – Postural Assessment for Riders, a method that combines technical knowledge, body awareness, and a passion for riding.

My career path also includes Communication and Marketing, areas in which I worked at companies such as Roche Diagnostics and Novo Nordisk, as a product manager, media coordinator, and event coordinator throughout Brazil. This experience instilled in me rigor, clarity, and a commitment to results—principles that I now apply in the development of each rider I work with.

My purpose is to help riders achieve greater body awareness, recommending physical exercises based on data collected during a Complete Postural Assessment, aiming to help them gain more stability, mobility, and balance, ultimately creating a better connection with the horse.
